Join me on Zoom for an exploration into the many layers of Forgiveness. Together, we will go on an 2-hour journey to identify and apply our innate resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for Forgiveness. Forgiveness is a skill that takes practice and benefits from a deep mind-body connection.
WHAT IS FORGIVENESS? Forgiveness is about how we respond to and heal from suffering that has happened. Forgiveness needs to come from the heart.

The three kinds of Forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a process.
An understanding of how compassion and self-compassion support forgiveness.
An awareness of the myths of Forgiveness along with the benefits of Forgiveness.

Where: Online Zoom platform
What to bring: please bring a pen, journal and wear comfortable clothing that you can sit in. Tuition: $50. A $25 non-refundable registration fee and the balance ($25) due by May 11th. Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, PayPal, check. Every effort is made to help people in need. Please email me if there are financial concerns.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw 30 days prior to the start date of a workshop will have the option to credit their tuition towards another MSC Workshop. Must use credit within one year from date of workshop or receive a partial refund of 50% of the course tuition less the $25 non-refundable deposit.
