Join me for a heartwarming Thanksgiving Self Compassion Break.

A “Thanksgiving Self Compassion Break” workshop is a wonderful and much needed resource for people during the holiday season. This workshop offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals to explore their feelings, values, and self-compassion during the holiday season, ultimately helping them shift from overwhelm to a more balanced and compassionate perspective.

WHAT DO PARTICPANTS LEARN?

  • How to embrace emotion and acknowledge the various emotions that arise during the holiday season, such as excitement, joy, dread, and tiredness without judgment.

  • How to focus on the present moment.

  • How to recognize your own needs during this potentially stressful time and prioritize self-care, whether it’s rest, fresh air, or setting boundaries. Give yourself permission to be imperfect and human.

  • How to let go of attachments and understand that many of the worries and anxieties surrounding the holidays are just thoughts.

  • How to allowing Thanksgiving to happen by planning where necessary and letting go of unnecessary stressors.

  • How to focus on what you value most during this time of year and allow those aspects to bring you joy and fulfillment.

  • When: Sunday November 17th from 10:00am - 12:00pm(PT)

  • Where: Online Zoom platform

  • What to bring: please bring a pen and journal and wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in.
