The MSC Circle of Practice is an invitation for Graduates of an MSC 8-week course, MSC Intensive or Live Online MSC to gather and reflect on the direct experience of self-compassion within a supportive community. Our weekly meetings are donation-based. We gather on Tuesdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm(PT) for discussion and practice.
